How it works
What is the Process?
We are always asked, “What is the process?”
The client or the Support Coordinator identifies a need that will help the client reach a goal outlined in their plan.
The next step is for the Support Coordinator to fill out the form on this website with all relevant information about the client and the requested goods or services.
Once we receive that information, we create an invoice and email it back to the Support Coordinator.
The Support Coordinator then uploads the invoice along with the Goods and Services form.
If required, the Support Coordinator uploads the draft SDR for approval.
Once the DDD approves the request, the Support Coordinator uploads the approved SDR to our system.
After receiving the approved SDR, we place the order and ship the goods directly to the client.
The Support Coordinator will receive an email with tracking information and/or an estimated time of arrival for the delivery. For services, they will receive an email notification once the service has been paid for.
